7. Entrants must have a mobile phone with access to the internet to participate. Mobile internet usage will be charged at your standard network rate.
8. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by a computer will be accepted. No bulk entries. Any entrant trying to circumvent the rules (including but not limited to) multiple mobiles, multiple addresses or false names will be disqualified without exception.
9. This is an online instant win mechanic. There will be 2 winners each week of the Promotional Period and 1 main winner in the 8-week period. The winner each week will be the person who plays Vend2Win, or closest to, a pre-determined date and time which has been randomly computer generated under independent supervision. Entrants will receive an instant notification on screen that they have won and will be directed to enter their full name, telephone number and address into the claim form. Winners will then be contacted for confirmation of acceptance of their prize.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any entrants, including but not limited to age, name and address, before making a prize award and to refuse to award a prize, or withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.
11. All Main Prizes will be sent by registered post within 28 days of the end of the Promotional Period.
12. A signature will be required in order to acknowledge delivery. The Promoter does not take any responsibility for prizes lost, damaged or stolen in the post.
13. Whilst all reasonable efforts will be made to contact winners, if this cannot be achieved within 14 days of initial contact the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize with no liability.
14. Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize within 7 days of notification, otherwise the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize with no liability.
15. If any prizes are undelivered due to inaccurate details the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the prize entitlement with no liability.
16. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when filling in the claim form or entry form in order for their prize to be processed. The Promoter or its fulfilment agent cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or the final delivery of their prize.
17. Entries that do not comply with the Terms & Conditions or entrants found to be abusing the promotion in any way will have all their entries disqualified immediately.
18. Prize-winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity with no further recompense.
19. The decisions of the promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. The Promoter will collect personal information for the purposes of this Promotion; but will not collect more of entrant’s personal data than absolutely necessary for the administration of this Promotion. By entering this promotion entrants agree to the use of their data in this manner. Information will not be shared with other organisations.
21. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, prizes will be delivered directly to the winners. No cash or other alternatives are available. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, corrupt or incorrect entries or for system errors, transmission errors or other issues that may result in disruption to, lost, delayed or not received entries, winner notifications or prizes. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies.
